Sunflowers

This is a recent card we did at one of my technique classes.  I really like the way the technique turned out, although, I must say that I am soooo glad to be done with it.  I had several that took this class by mail and it simply took me forever to get the cards done.  LOTS of little pieces and a very tedious process!  Let's just say....I would NOT do THIS technique for a swap!

A Cheerful Valentine

I just love this little 4x4 Valentine card. I have used the vase and heart flowers on several projects. They are just so....valentine-y? Is that a word? Anyway, they look really sharp colored with a dark color and then glazed over with Glossy Accents. I stamped my vase on a seperate paper, colored it with my copic markers and then cut it out.  It gives just a little 3D effect, though I don't think you can tell it in the picture.  This card was made with the color palette in Color Caboodle Set B. I love these colors and use them often.

Hedgehog Valentine

Here is another Valentine idea. I added Glossy Accents to all of the red hearts, although you can't tell on the hedgehog. He's too cute! Although this is primarily a valentine set, it definitely has other uses too.  Check it out.

Fall Supplement

Well, after being on the run all day.....I came home to find a box of.....FALL SUPPLEMENTS on my porch!  They have arrived!  I quickly cut open the box and sat to peruse the publication.  I am very pleased and I think you will be too! 

If I had to choose one word to describe this publication, it would be "variety".  I think you will agree when you see it that there is such a variety of different stamps.  There are new animals, cute, victorian, inspirational, fall, christmas, large, small....just a real variety.

August Stamp of the Month

Wow. Where has the month gone? I do apologize for being so behind in updating my blog. With seminar just over, a new catalog in my hands....there is really so much to share.
